With the rapid development of urbanization, large numbers of high-rise and intelligent building will emerge. Development of Integrated circuits and field bus technology continue to improve for the elevator control system. Modern elevator control system continues to increase requirements for security and stability, so it is especially necessary to upgrade the original system in the communication and the motor control. CAN bus technology changes the communications of the RS485 bus, which can only construct the network from main control of elevator to child nodes. because of the lack of bus arbitration and other shortcomings, the RS485 bus is not satisfied with the real-time response .The design of the modern elevator control system, we can reduce to collect the number of the signal of the main controller ,and collect by car caller, then the car caller transmits communication signals directly to the main controller, thus reducing the burden on the master system to increase the security of the system; In motor control, elevator control system has experienced three stages, two-speed system, multi-speed system and current analog control systems , making the elevator passenger sense comfort gradually.The main task of this project is to design a set of 64 passenger elevator control systems for a domestic provider of elevator control system, including master control system, external call controller, the call controller, and display controller. After study the theory of the elevator control system and the current status of the elevator control system at home and abroad, we design and implement the elevator control system based on CAN bus, select micro-kernel Controller LPC2294 that is based on 32 bit ARM7TDMI-S CPU as hardware platform of the master control system, used preemptive multitasking real-time operating systemμC / OS for the software platform; External call controller, the call controller, all select microcontroller LM3S2016 based on the ARM Cortex-M3 as the master chip design, software is designed to ultra-loop structure; The master system controller, the external call controller, and the call controller constitute a Controller Area Network.After operation, it shows that the system has a friendly interface, good reliability and stability characteristics, fully able to meet the national standard GB7588-2003 of the elevator control system, reach the intended target.
