A vehicle-equipped centrifugal fan requirements Compact structure,light weight,and outlet pressure relatively high, but the traditional design method low accuracy, parameter selection range, often cannot meet the fan's requirement of optimization design, this needs to analysis centrifugal fan's internal n1icrocosnilc flow, improve fan design accuracy.This paper analyses the current design method and theory of the fan, as the research object with centrifugal fan use SOLIDWORKS software built the geometric model of centrifugal fan, Append the GAMBIT to divisioned and to set boundary conditions, using FLUENT software for numerical calculation of the fan, got the fan internal flow field distribution, and research the fan structure parameters on the influence of the fan performance.Through the research shows that, in addition to leaf outside export installation angle, blades of imported installation angle has obvious effects of the fan performance. In further studies, analyzed the import installation angle, export installation angle, impeller width and diffuser export expansion pressers and leaf number etc of structural parameters on fan properties. As blade export installation Angle, impeller width, leaf number increase, all the total pressure increased;as the fan blade import installation Angle increases, the fan full pressure first increases, then reduce,there is an extreme value; along with the expanding pressure Angle spiral export increase, fan full pressure increases, but when enlarge pressers over a certain value the pressure increase slowly. Based on the research results of the fan is optimized structure, structure optimization fan flow field of the numerical simulation results show that fan design is reasonable, all the pressure reach to use requirement, static pressure allowance for 7.12%. Research results for optimization design of centrifugal ventilator provides certain theoretical basis and the reference.
