The advance of technology eventually show up in the industrial production, while the needs of the industrial production will promote the development of the science and technology. the scholars have proposed the classical control theory, which has been promoting the industrial progress Since the end of the 1930s to the early forties. nowadays, Due tothe quick development of the industry, the industry finally have a rapidly grow and develop. it is driving the multi-motor synchronous speed control strategy which turned into an important branch of this research field finally.As the integration of computer network technology and transducer technology, the method that multiple motors coordinately rotate in the control of the upper computer not only can overcomes the drawbacks of a level speed, but also greatly improves the system reliability and stability in operation.Compared with the classical control strategies, the theory and history of the multi-motor control system was analyzed. The development and related technical knowledge of transducer were studied and analyzed, and then the control strategy in this paper was proposed as well as the transducer control platform in direct control of the programming language VC. The experiment data showed that the proposed multi-motor control strategy was demonstrated to be integrity and feasibility.The fuzzy control theory proposed by Zadeh in 1960s was briefly analysed and summarized in the paper. Based on the control theory, the discuss method of the adaptive parameters-interpolation fuzzy PID control strategy was originated, which come up with the second compensating concept, and taking example by the interpolation principle such as line approximation method, it plays a good control effect on the algorithm precision.This paper adopted the model of industrial control computer and movement control CARDS control motor,with vc + + 6.0, developed a software systemcan which drive inverter, solve the communication between PC and lower level computer.The method improved the control effect by easing the problems such as control delay, slow response, lack of communications capabilities act, and make a less cost and quick control. The control strategy in this article was proved to be useful through the data comparison.The research work of the whole control strategy was concluded at last, and even proposing the development plan and technical expectation. I really wish what I studied may provide a few ideas for the researchers in the future.
