It is the national energy strategy to actively develop nuclear power industry. Nuclear digital instrument & control system especially the digital protection system (safety-related control system) is the key equipment which maintains the safety, reliable and economy operation of nuclear power plant. Because of foreign technology monopoly of nuclear digital I&C system, the independent R&D of nuclear digital protection system is of great importance in improving the enterprise technology innovation.At present, the domestic and foreign digital protection of nuclear power in system design nuclear power protection system is alexandrine place machine between configuration news and alarm information such as communications are based on Ethernet technology, and uses a shared Ethernet as a way of transmission media bus-control LAN technology, it cannot meet the need of security demand of the message communication between nuclear power digital protection system and those upper computers. Therefore it is of great value to explore a technology which can either enhance the Security of Ethernet technology or enhance the the security of message communication in digital protection system.Resilient Packet Ring technology owns a strong double-ring structure, it is a new kind of MAC layer protocol based on the packet switching, using a variety of mechanisms to safeguard data transmission. Through the positive and negative transfer direction of two thoroughfare in networking, double-ring topology can make one as the backup of the other. As a result, RPR technology owns strong robustness. This paper elastic grouping change technology do further research on the new network technology used in nuclear power digital protection system, and designed a kind of flexible packet ring scheme. Mainly do the following job:We analyzed the principal and characters for RPR technology deeply and roundly. It provides the designing principal and criterion for the implementation scheme based on RPR technology for the digital protection system are suitable for nuclear power of information network of elastic network design.It proposed overall hardware circuit charts, chip selection, and designing principle .we have carried out the hardware circuit chart of node equipment of physical Reconcile Sub-layer, Data-through Layer and physical layer for Gigabit Ethernet.It designed and implemented a new improved type of topological protection way which combines the goodness of Steering and Wrapping protection way.It proposed a scheme for a kind of high efficiency and fair algorithm . Through the analysis of the experimental data, it was proved that this new fairness algorithm was able to provide excellent flow control and fair mechanism for various network .
