The reinforced concrete is a kind of composite material with complicated mechanical character , the concrete material present inhomgenous and elastoplastic character, further more , the cementation between concrete and steel bar is composite. The general approach to describe the mechanical character of concrete is to consider it as continuum material, However, this assumption breaches the fundamental character of concrete : inhomogeneous and discreteness, which will leads to the failure of description of the development of damage and fracture.Cellular Automata Machine model is a kind of discrete space-time dynamic system, it very fit for the simulation research of composite dynamic space-time system. Cellular Automata Machine theory has its unique advantage on describe the reaction of concrete material to server impulsive loads: materials and calculate time can be easily discretized , and by designing simple rods to simulate complex failure mechanism of the nonlinear characteristics.The paper derived theoretical formula which used in the process of modeling and calculation, improved the modeling system which created by FengKe based on AutoCAD. The paper successfully make a reasonable discrete of continuous material in time and space, established an Automatic Cell Model of a reinforced concrete beam.For reinforced concrete flexural member under impact loading dynamic performance research, the paper carried out a multi-group simulation under impact load to make research of parameter evolution: the relationship analysis of member strength on residual deformation; the influence of the elastic modulus of rods and damping coefficients on support reaction and midspan displacement; the influence of the division on simulation results accuracy, after the summary of the effect rule of these parameters, a set of parameters dereference plan is brought forward. Then make a successful simulation of a group of reinforced concrete beams under different compact loading. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the parameters dereference plan and the applicability of Cellular Automata Machine to reinforced concrete dynamic research, which will provide basic theory for numerical simulation of more complicated reinforced concrete component experiments.
