For a long time, measuring instruments for solution's molar concentration have important applications in drug research and analysis, medical clinical medicine and food sanitation. At present, domestic osmometers are mainly the replicate of foreign products, using a dipping probe with frost on the surface to trigger the solution to solidify, needs motor, drive and transmission device to complete. Its structure is relatively more complicated, bulky, run-time noisy. These equipments clean the probe by the traditional cleaning method, so the accuracy and the stability are poor. Aiming at resolving the above problems, this thesis develop a new Freezing Depression Osmometer, which uses a hammering moudle to trigger the solution to solidify and a cleaning moudle. The equipment has the advantages of robust structure, good stability, high precision, wide measurement range, low requirement on the environment. The thesis includes the following content:1. Describe the molar concentration of the osmotic pressure measuring instrument status and the problems; describe the specific principle of the instrument.2. Debug and improve the original basic circuit.3. Design the circuit and mechanical parts of the ultrasonic cleaning moudle.4. Design the circuit and mechanical parts of the hammering moudle.5. Programmming the corresponding software and data processing software.6. Use standard solution to calibrate the instrument and test the sample solution of various concentrations.Evalutate the repeatability, accuracy and resolution.7. Analyze various factors which may affect the measured result, find the solutions.Point out the problems for future improvement.
