This article puts forward the conception of'building cold-resistibility'by the theory of'building thermal processes'. Analyzing the relationship between'building cold-resistibility'and building Energy-efficient performance; Then, dividing impact factors for'building cold-resistibility'to four parts, they are heat-transferring capability, solar radiation obtaining capability, airinterchanging capability, and environment condition. Discussing effects on'building cold-resistibility'above. According to the principles of'Heat Transfer', puts forward'cold-resistibility time'and calculationmethod.The paper confirms indoor temperature and outdoor temperature as the test objects depending on the parameters in'cold-resistibility time', ensures the period of test works by the requirements for test time and datalog period. Bases on two principles, keeping out of the impact of outdoor environment and easy to work, making the choice of outdoor test site. Considering the building condition, accessibility, safety of testing tool to chose the indoor test site. According to the characteristic of outdoor environment, paper arranges the measuring point. At last, article makes the option of test tool by discussed above.Based on the meteorologicaldata of'Typical Meteorological Year'and actualmeasurement in winter, this article testifies the four basic weather phases; Analyzing and testifying the characteristics of four basic weather phases in winter bymeasurement data, and making conclusions.The paper analyzes the significant effects on'area difference'and'temperature difference', Tests relevance between'area difference'and'cold-resistibility time'.
