| Nowadays, high-performance self-compaction grouting material is awidely used building material in Reinforcement of concrete structuresand equipment installation ,With the good gravity , fast hard, earlystrength, high strength; non-toxic, harmless, no aging, no pollution. Italso has the advantage of reliable quality, low costs, short duration andeasy use. But fast hard, early strength of such materials at subzerotemperature is not obvious. According to the knowledge of RubberConcrete Frost Resistance, I get the high-performance self-compactiongrouting material by adding crumb rubber to grouting material, and studythe negative of early and late rupture, compressive strength, volumestability and wear resistance in different temperature conditions. Themain conclusions are as follows:(1). The fluidity of high-performance self-compaction grouting material≥240mm,the fluidity after 30 minutes≥220mm;in nature curing condition:1 d compressive strength is as high as 5~20MPa, 3d as high as 20~35MPa, 28 d as high as 40~50MPa.(2). In the curing condition at -4.℃, 3d compressive strength rate(thefollowing rate of subzero condition and nature condition )≥80%,7dcompressive strength rate≥90%,28d compressive strength rate≥95%.(3). In the curing condition at -8.℃and convert to nature condition after24 hours,3d compressive strength rate(the following rate of subzero condition and nature condition )≥75%,7d compressive strength rate≥80%.28d compressive strength rate≥85%.(4). In the curing condition at -8.℃, 3d compressive strength rate(thefollowing rate of subzero condition and nature condition )≥12%,7dcompressive strength rate≥20%.28d compressive strength rate≥60%.(5).It has the better volume stability and wear resistance at subzerotemperature. |
