With the improvement of urban and rural residents'housing condition and living standard,building energy consumption has increased rapidly and accounted for close to 30 percent of the social energy consumption,which exacerbates the tense situation of energy supply.Heating energy consumption,occupying a proportion of about 45 percent of building energy consumption,is a key field of building energy efficiency.In order to reduce building energy consumption,we should save energy as well as open source,striving to extend the applicable field of renewable energy sources in buildings.Solar energy which is inexhaustible clean energy is one of the most important energy sources that the people can depend on chronically.Because of its extremely well energy efficiency and environmental benefits,heating for buildings with solar energy has been paid much attention to in the world all the time for a long time.This paper takes a solar heating demonstration project of a kindergarten in Chengde,Hebei Province as the research object.Firstly,the design process and design and calculation method are introduced.And then,combining with the climate condition in Chengde region and heating demand of the building,our group designed a low temperature hot water floor panel radiant heating system with solar energy,studied experimentally and theoretically.At the end,some recommendations are given to the questions raised during the experimental and theoretical study.The design of solar heating system,coming down to many parameters and computing processes,is very complicated and fallible.A design and computing program with Visual Basic 6.0 is compiled to leave out the complicated computing process.It can calculate the optimum tilted angle of the solar thermal collector accurately,adjust the solar fraction expediently to meet the owner's investment expectation and output a design specification in the form of a Microsoft Word document.It has friendly interface and easy accessibility.By testing on the demonstration project,the result indicates that,in the heating period,the indoor temperature that was maintained at between 18 and 22 centidegree met the demand of design;the solar fraction of the whole heating period was 45.5 percent and among the solar fractions of each month,the minimum value was 34.8 percent in December and the maximum value was 62.2 percent in March;on the average,the heating supply water temperature was 44.5 centidegree and the return water temperature was 36.6 centidegree , which could both satisfy the use requirement.
