As Spacecrfat system is very complex, it is difficult to ensure foolproof, in its system design, manufacture and installation progress, further more, the damage of spacecraft fault is huge.So fault diagnosis becomes a impoernt way to improve the reliability of the spacecraft.this paper mainly study the theoy of qualitative modeling and diagnosis system as well as its implementation. Due to the study of qualitative modeling and diagnosis as well as a secondary development of the livingstone API to set up a new, pratical qualitative modeling and diagnosis system of the spacecraft .the system can overcome the defect of the traditional quantitative modles and rule-based diagnosis methods.First, Based on analying the characteristics of structure and the in fault spacecraft to propose the design requirement of the spacecraft fault diagnosis system ,then give a plan for the system.Second, Based on analying the general steps and methods of modeling a qualitative model , also the structure and the decription of qualitative model.with studying the software structure and fuction of Livingstone and Stanley(modeling tool of Livingstone) to port Stanley to windows platform ,which originally on linux platform.Third, Cite AI method to diagnosis problem on the basis of analysising the defects of the first principles dagnostic method.combination with the livingstone's diagnosis engine, taking a in-deep study of the CBFS algorithm,and analying its implemention in diagnostic engine to design and implement spacecraft qualitative modeling and diagnosis system thorgh the secondary development of the diagnostic engine of the livingstone. With ananlying the structure and form of the diagnostic scenario, give a way of auto-senario technology by template and data label, then develop a auto-secnaro tool with this method.Finally, put the qualitative modeling tool, diagnostic tool and auto-scenario tool to a toplevel structure to implement the spacecraft qualitative modeling and diagnosis system and verify it through a power supply subsystem of the satellite...
