Electric torque load simulator (ETLS) is an essential equipment of aerocraft simulation system, which is often used to simulate the aerodynamic torque load on the rudder of aerocraft in the process of flight. With the improvement of the flexibility and accuracy for aerocraft ,the performence for ETLS must be also improved.This thesis takes certain ETLS as background,Aim at inprove the accuracy and celerity for ETLS , study ways to improve performance.Firstly, the development of aerodynamic load simulator is introduced, and the surplus torque rejection methods and the factors influencing are analyzed,analysis of the factors influencing the system bandwidth and the control methods improving system bandwidth. And summarizes the control method of nonlinear factor.Secondly, the mathematical model of the ETLS servo system is built using the physical modeling method, On the basis of friction dead zone and gear backlash model analysis,established a mathematical model of the load simulator including friction dead-zone and gear backlash, And obtained nominal model of the system through the identification and the measurement.Thirdly, through the experimental analysis, we pointed out that friction dead zone,gear backlash,mechanical resonance and closed-loop resonance are the main factors which influence harmonic distortion of output moment.and by square-wave model to study the characteristics of the harmonics caused by friction torque . then we got each of their harmonic characteristics.Finally, for the moment harmonic distortion,proposes and Chebyshev filter to inhibit harmonic distortion,finds the method to get the dead zone inverse.for bandwidth expansion, provides improved amplitude and phase control algorithm based on LMS and shows its effectiveness through experiments.
