With the rapid development of economy and industry, people demand more and more galvanized steel,so the profession of hot-dip galvanizing is exceptionally fiery. In the plant of hot-dip galvanizing, there are some serious problems on air quality. The pollutants discharged in technical process directly affect people's production and life, had aroused extensive attention of our society. The pollution of big pickling tank is especially serious, it can directly affect the health of workers, corrodes the workshop equipment and pollution the environment of factory. Based on practical engineering, we can seek for the best technology to control acid mist pollution, through theoretical analysis, experimental and CFD simulation. Research conclusion was that using blowing smoke exhaust hood to control pollution is appropriate technology.Found the existing problems on design and installation of acid mist control system through research of the acid mist pollution control measures of hot-dip galvanizing plant. Based on these, the system of picking tank has been radically improved and put forward a new plan, the plan including the arrangement of picking tank, selection, design and installation of mist control system. To achieve a good control effect, in the new plan blows attracts the row of wind sail system all use delivers the inflow evenly. Through simulation of acid mist sending out and flow field of blows attracts the air current combined action, confirm the new plan is effective in the aspects of air current organization and acid mist control. In order to have good performance on collection in the big pickling tank acid mist, design and the installment requests strictly in the blowing and exhaust hood system. Collect blowing effect of the blowing and exhaust hood system is obvious with these measures, and achieves the goal of saving energy.The research results have a certain reference value for the acid mist distributed control of large-scale pickling tank, and may use to guide the design for blow the inflow system in the actual project.
