Relief valve is an important pressure control component in hydraulic drive system. Its main functions are adjusting and stabilizing the hydraulic system maximum pressure and preventing overload, ensuring the pressure safety. In the adjusting pressure system using quantitative pump which provides invariable pressure. When the pressure augments, the requirement of flux will tail off. At this time the relief valve turns on and put the redundant oil to oil tank to ensure import pressure in relief valve ( to ensure export pressure of pump invariable ). When the system works normally, the relief valve is closed. If the load pressure excess the limit ( the system pressure excesses the expected pressure ), relief valve turns on and ensures the pressure safety. In order to improve the steady-state accuracy and dynamic stability of relief valve, the structure of relief valve was improved on the one hand and the hydraulic control method was innovated on the other hand.In this paper, a 2D adjusting pressure spiral was adopted to design a new digital relief valve. Direct detection system by the pressure sensor will adjust the pressure and do the closed loop control for pressure. Consequently, it will improve the performance of 2D digital valve. And achieve the purpose of the remote control and direct digital control. Firstly, set up the mathematical modeling of the electrical feedback 2D digital relief valve. The mathematical model based on a numerical simulation to determine the structural parameters of designing a new relief valve. Improve the signal acquisition control panel, and finally set up and improve the experimental platform for the electrical feedback 2D digital relief valve study.The thesis chapters are outlined as follows:Chapter I: Some literatures and information related with this study topic were introduced at first, and then explained the purpose of this research, significance and innovation, and sets out the main workload.Chapter II: Expatiate the detailed work principle of the 2D relief valve with electric feedback, and their mathematical model, through the MATLAB software to perform a simulation study.Chapter III: This chapter introduces the 2D digital relief valve test system design, including 2D digital relief valve with electrical feedback design, data acquisition control board hardware design and software design.Chapter IV: To establish the 2D digital relief valve with electric feedback experimental platform and system studied, including the open-loop, closed-loop experiments, and analyze its performance.Chapter V: The summarization of this dissertation and the prospect of this research are given.
