Hydropower is significant renewable resources,basin hydropower development wasdriving effect for economic and social development. Along with the rapid development ofhydropower cause,watershed ecological environment of hydropower cascade developmentreceived more and more attention. The Must-be Issues under EcoHomes of hydropowerstation cascade development was the coordination of protection of ecological environmentand water power development and utilization.The first part of the thesis was firstly review of hydropower station cascadedevelopment at home and abroad, features of hydroelectric cascade development,eco-environment impact, progress of eco-environment impact assessment, thengiving reasons for choosing"terrestrial eco-environment impact assessment of cascadehydropower development"as the research subject and expliciting the significanceand purpose of it.The section part of the thesis expliciting ecological basic concepts,introducingcorrelation basic theory of it,then introducing primary evaluation methodology in thethesis in detail.According to《Hydroelectric planning report supplement of reach over ancient city ofmain stream of Taohe river in Gansu Province》through a case study of the Taohe riverZhuoni reach to Lintan) cascade hydropower development, the section three of the thesisdid some research of terrestrial eco-environment impact assessment of cascadehydropower development, Firstly, briefly introduced survey of watershed evaluated andmain content of Taohe river (Zhuoni reach to Lintan) cascade hydropower programming,Secondly, based on identification of terrestrial environmental impact, using relevantevaluation methodology,did evaluation about current and forecast of terrestrialeco-environmental influence. Finally, according to the evaluate results, coming up withenvironmental protection measures.The last part of the thesis summed up the evaluate results of the step hydroenergyexploitation and put forward relevant suggestions of it, furthermore, indicated defect inthis research.Research meaning of the thesis consist on summarized and consummated theory andmethod of terrestrial eco-environmental influence of cascade hydropower development in China based on study of terrestrial eco-environment impact assessment of cascadehydropower development; analysed variance in watershed ecosystem structure andfunction during operational period after cascade hydropower development; formed a suitof complete relatively evaluation theory, technology, method and standard system, andthen did qualitative and quantitative eco-environmental impact assessment, suppliedreference for this kind of terrestrial eco-environment impact assessment of cascadehydropower development. To study the cascade hydropower development has certainguiding role.
