Environment was developed overly by Human's development which made green building bring. We can construct them for saving the energy and protecting the environment and improving the living condition of human, which will be a future of building. The cost of green building is higher than non-green building which makes green building developed slowly, we can analyze green building about its economics, but mainstream green building rating systems in the world is not involved in economy, and the research of green building's economics was studied. We used the economic life as the whole life cycle with researching on green building's economic evaluation, which can be used to control the cost of green building's whole life, to make the consumptions, to encourage real estate developers and investors interested in green building, and promote the development of green building. This paper introduced the green building's conception, development, and pointed out green building rating system lacked of economic evaluation; prepared US LEED with China's'Evaluation Standard for Green Building'and found the shortage of China's, proposed the difference of green building and traditional building with own view; divided green building's whole life cycle into some parts, after identified the economic evaluation index of green building, evaluation index based on the principles of green building economic evaluation index was chosen at the same time, then the cash flow statement of green building was formulated and analyzed based on the technical measures of US LEED and cash flow statement of traditional building, calculated the total energy consumption of green building and non-green building with EnergyPlus software; finally, with an example an conclusion is received that life cycle assessment and economic evaluation is feasible and some suggestions on the development of green building are given.
