Institute of composite structure leaded by Prof. Zhao Hongtie from Xi`an University of rchitecture and Technology , conducted a series of experimental research for steel reinforced concrete structure and components from 1980s , had concluded a series of theory of computing and analysis [1]. The article is mainly about steel reinforced concrete beams and columns , writing programs about their theory of designing and computing in programming language of Visual Fortran , involving the range of flexural capacity, shear load-carrying capacity, rigidity deformation crack width , etc . For steel reinforced concrete beams , adjusting their section dimension, the content of steel, the reinforced ratio, the ties rate,shear-span ratio, span and load , etc of every SRC beam in different conditions . By programming , reach results of flexural capacity, shear load-carrying capacity, bending deformation, rigidity, and crack width , etc , analyzing the regularity of changing and degree of impacting according to the charts formed by the data above . For steel reinforced concrete columns , adjusting their slender proportion, section dimension, the content of steel, the reinforced ratio, the ties rate,shear-span ratio, eccentricity, and load , etc . By programs , reach results of axial bearing capacity, flexural capacity, shear load-carrying capacity, deformation , etc of every column in different conditions , analyzing the regularity of changing and degree of impacting of axial bearing capacity, shear load-carrying capacity, deformation , etc of axial compressive columns affected by the slender proportion , and analyzing the regularity of changing and degree of impacting of bearing capacity, deformation , etc of the SRC compressive, pulling and compressive columns affected by eccentricity, computing height, section dimension, the content of steel, the reinforced ratio, the ties rate,shear-span ratio and load , etc .
