In the past dozens of years, with China's coastal areas the development of industrialization, urbanization, accelerate the coastal areas of reclaiming land from seawaters pace. Reclaiming land from seawaters area and other natural form of different regions, its ground-launched forming speed, the upper soil short-term difficult to achieve, the lower soil consolidation there are over-consolidated phenomenon, and there are over-consolidated phenomenon and these areas site generally belongs to the class III sites (i.e. building adverse area). However, these areas of economic growth, or both, belong to populated degree highly developed regions. Therefore, regional architecture for such superstructure-foundation-soil based joint action research foundation - has an important practical significance.Based on the upper structure - the foundation - foundation theory of interaction and result, aimed at reclaiming land from seawaters area special stratum condition, natural environment, reclaiming land from seawaters region in shenzhen the eleventh floors with frame-shear wall structure building for engineering examples, in its static load, wind load and the response characteristics of the earthquake effect are analyzed in detail, and mainly studies the following issues:(1) In under static loading, consider the upper structure - the foundation - soil after joint action, reclaiming land from seawaters area upper structure formation conditions on the beam and column and tube raft foundation deformation and internal force influence, raft foundation plate thin plate theory and calculation results of the similarities and differences under the theory; (2) Whether to consider the structure-foundation-soil interaction and the formation conditions of the reclamation areas, when the the wind load in X and Y were direction are applied, the layers of the upper structure's displacement in X and Y direction and internal force changes of the upper structure's beam and column.(3) Whether to consider the influence of structure-foundation-soil interaction and the formation conditions of the reclamation areas on natural frequency.(4) Under the action of frequent earthquakes, whether to consider the influence of structure-foundation-soil interaction and formation condition on the upper structure's each floor displacement between layers of the displacement and interlayer displacement angle change rule and acceleration time_reponse reflect rule.
