Research And Design Of Detective Vehicle For Straddle-type Monorail

Urban rail transmission is at a high-speed development in our country. Straddle monorail transmission is one kind of urban rail transmission, and has a great use at the advantage of low cost, small space and so on. Rail girder bridge system is one of the most important components in straddle-type monorail system, and its health condition will directly affect the safety of the whole system. Detective vehicle is used for carrying detective instrument and personnel to examine and maintain the girder bridge system. This paper according to the present situation of similar detection technology and equipment domestic and foreign, then made the inspection technical route and research content.Detective vehicle belongs to the running machinery. Based on the principle of design method, this paper gives a detail analysis on the function of detective vehicle, and found a flowchart to divide the total function. After comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of some specific project, the electricity scheme, lifting scheme and control plan of positioning system was given.Driving scheme design is an important constituent of the whole design scheme. The power was compared in this paper, and the advantages and disadvantages of different driving schemes on the basis of different power were compared too. Then the final driving scheme was given. And make an analysis and discussion on power matching between engine and Hydro Static Transmission.Considered the principle of structure design and the features of detective vehicle, structure design and general arrangement were given about moving devices, driving system, lifting devices, vehicle body and other important parts of detective vehicle. The vehicle frame and carriage were modeled and virtual assembled by using computer-aided design method for its characteristics of visualization and parameterization. And all these are fully reflect its advantages of easing to change, R&D low cost and short development cycle.Moreover, according to the traveling characteristics of straddle-type monorail, tire mechanics, vehicle aerodynamic and other aspects of knowledge, the analysis and calculation of running resistance under different driving conditions was given, and a table of resistances and the power was founded, which provides basic data for concrete parameter design of the drive system. Then, the main components of driving system were calculated and selected, and the performance curve of traction was given.At last, this paper introduces the working principle of hydraulic driving system. Then analyzed the working process of variable pump under the control of DA control, and discussed the problem of cooling the hydraulic system of detective vehicle.
