In low-temperature refrigeration field, with the development of science and technology makes products efficient and small continuously and new demands of refrigeration are made during conservation, thermoacoustic refrigeration technology gets a broad developing space. This paper focuses on the research of application of the magnetostrictive transducer with characteristics of high power, small size and high and intensity sound source in the thermoacoustic refrigerator.In this paper it first expounds the research background and research significance of thermoacoustic refrigeration technology, including the historical development of thermoacoustic refrigeration, current Situation and prospects. Then it lists the basic theory and implementation principles of thermoacoustic effect. And it provides a theoretical basis for the performance study of thermoacoustic refrigerator by introducing thermoacoustic refrigerator and its key components'design principles. On the basis research ideas are identified, the work program is made. At the same time to involved fluid simulation it simply introduces its basic theory and used mathematical model of computing fluid dynamics.This paper focuses on researching the process of numerically simulating thermoacoustic refrigeration. The simulation is carried out by being divided into modal analysis and flow field analysis, and when the process of thermoacoustic refrigeration is simulated, the results are analyzed and discussed. Then through the intuitive progressive method of being from the point to the surface and from the surface to the body, it analyzes the flow conditions in fluid in detail and shows parameters changes conditions of fluid in tube during the process of thermoacoustic effect. At last it advances ideas of optimizing numerical simulation, and this provides the method of setting related parameters for optimizing refrigerator.In this paper, it details the method and specific processes of using CFX to simulate thermoacoustic effect to avoid the complex processes of establishing controlling equations based on actual problems. As long as the solid geometry model and boundary and initial conditions are sure, the thermal noise effect under this condition can be studied and its aim is searching for the method of multidimensional simulation to thermoacoustic effect. By calculating the fluid-structure coupling analysis'entire field simulation can be achieved, flow field's detailed data at different time inner the resonance tube can be obtained, and visualization of the inner flow field can be achieved. So it proves that simulating sound field distribution inside the resonator is feasible and it can be used to predict the sound field distribution inside the resonator or verify the reliability of the experiment.The project's simulation process and results achieve three-dimensional simulation of thermoacoustic effect, so it provides a reference for improvement of different types of refrigerators who are belonged to laboratory and lays basis for further creating a highly efficient, small size refrigerator driven by magnetostrictive devices. Temperature changes of fluid inner resonance tube and heat transfer board verifies thermoacoustic effect. Concurrently, it shows the feasibility of using CFD method to take numerical simulation of thermoacoustic systems, and this makes it become a powerful tool of deeply studying physical processes within the thermal noise system and guiding the optimal design.
