Defect Simulation Analysis And Research On Detection Device Of Missile's End Modifying System

The end modifying system of missile is the power source for attitude or velocity amendment and accurate strike,it is important to missile because the technology condition of end modifying system will affect missile's precision directly and determine the entire battle performance of missle.There are some obvious problems in the usage of end modifying system at present,such as high defect rate,servicing difficulties, lagging detection methods and simulation research,which affect the stability and reliability of end modifying system severely and restrict the battle performance of missle.First of all,this dissertation studies these main problems of end modifying system as background,analyzes and summarizes the patterns,effect and represent characters of common defect by serious investigation.And then the domestic and abroad research development of dependent area are introduced.Afterwards,the principle of variational method,the analysis of finite unit and fluid calculation are introduced based on the theory of finite element method.According to the working principle of end modifying system,this dissertation simplifies its geometric construction properly and then creats geometric models and finite element simulation models.Considering the summary of defect condition,the defect models of end modifying system are established,the normal working process and exponent defect patterns of end modifying system are researched,the flowing features and pressure distribution are calculated to analyze the stress and deformation of the construction components,at the same time,the safety of components is evaluated.Finally,this disstertation submits a defect detection method which is non-contact according to the working features of end modifying system,and develops comparable defect detection device.The results of experiment which is designed to test detection device indicate that this examination system can detect fault conditions quickly and exactly.
