There is exigent of renovations on prefabricated bridge and deployable structure will be applied to the bridge at advantage. Deploy bridge is designed and studied based on existent deployable structure. The dynamics characteristic is obtained by theory analysis and simulation. The main contents and innovative works in this paper are as follows:(1) The design requirement and index were presented for a new type of prefabricated bridge based on the characteristic of prefabricated bridge. The program design including structures and hydraulic system is finished. The modeling and assembly of deployable bridge are established based on CAD software Solidworks, and the static interference and dynamic collision test are operated also.(2) Based on the design, Nastran is applied to check the originally dimensions, and optimize the sectional dimensions of component. The results show that the originally dimensions are satisfy the demands of strength and stiffness. Finally, the compression ratio of deployable bridge is 2.7. The weight of deployable bridge is 2.23t.(3) Topology configurations of the motor scissors structure and driven scissors structures are studied. The topology configuration graph and correlation matrix are gained. The geometrically constrained equations of motor scissors structure a built base on the theory and analysis approach of deployment process. The location,velocity and acceleration of nodes are obtained. The results have been verified by contrasting.(4) The rigid model of deployable bridge is founded on dynamic analysis software ADAMS. The model has been verified by contrasting. The dynamics model of machine-liquid coupling is established. The control function of Directional Control Valve 4/3 is selected. The dynamics characteristic is studied. Rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation is done with flexible properties of scissors. The influence of flexible properties on the dynamics characteristic is gained. The conclusion is that flexible properties pick up the convergence rate.
