Three Gorges Power Station Peak-shaving operation will cause non-uniform changes of the discharge. There is a huge water level fluctuations and deterioration of flow regime by the impact of unsteady flow,giving an adverse impact on navigation.Gezhouba Reservoir downstream to the use of anti-regulation scheduling, can improve the navigation flow conditions of the river following Three Gorges Dam and reduce the negative impact of the unsteady flow on shipping, that can not only take into account the shipping, but also give full play to the generation efficiency of Three Gorges Power Station.Adjust for Three Gorges Power Station on unsteady flow of the impact on shipping, as well as whether can meet the requirements of navigation and other issues, many local units have studied. But with the full completion of Three Gorges Power Station and all 26 generating units putting into operation, Three Gorges Power Station operating mode will change dramatically.In this case, to study the anti-regulation policies of Gezhouba Power Station is necessary.In this paper, taking "anti-regulation" as the center, the following work is finished:(1) The mathematical model of unsteady flow between Three Gorges Power Plant and Gezhouba Power Station is established, and the relevant information such as cross-section shape, roughness and so on is processed practically.The availability of numerical simulation is confirmed by the physical model results.(2) Based on this, this thesis calculates and analyses the propagation characteristics of unsteady flow on the Gezhouba reservoir area. Taking the time and speed of generation output adjustment of Gezhouba Power Station as study points,anti-regulation approach of Gezhouba Power Station is studied with the tools of numerical simulation of unsteady flow.(3) This thesis builds the short-term optimal generation scheduling model considering the shipping constraints.Combining anti-regulation approach of Gezhouba Power Station,taking dynamic programming and numerical simulation of unsteady flow as the basic method, this thesis solves the optimization model through "zero-dimensional considerations, one-dimensional checking" optimization methods.(4) In addition, this thesis also calculates the dynamic capacity of Gezhouba reservoir. Based on this, this thesis builds the short-term optimal generation scheduling model considering the dynamic capacity and analyzes the impact of dynamic capacity on the short-term anti-regulation optimal operation of Gezhouba Power Station.The simulation result under the typical working conditions show that the study of anti-regulation method of Gezhouba Power Station is helpful to improve the conditions of the unsteady flow between the two dams to meet the requirements of navigation.
