Technology of virtual instrument has provided new way for testing system establishment and influence the traditional market. Key of success on technology of virtual instrument is using speediness developmental PC architecture which enhances the technological ability of scientific research and reduce cost, introduce the high-performance semiconductor data converter and software of system design which could establish virtual instrument technology system for most of users.The paper lucubrates variety schemes of virtual instrument technology from technical study, analyses the loss causes of testing performance unsteady according to the testing standard. Through discussing the design method of USB HOST, brings the virtual instrument model based on ARM aiming at the existent problems on testing process.On the foundation of virtual instrument model based on ARM, control the USB controller via ARM processor, realize data transition point to point deviating PC, combine the design idea of virtual instrument technology and design the scheme of virtual instrument based on ARM. The scheme fully considers the stable and flexibility of application on virtual instrument. The paper focus on the design and implement of virtual instrument scheme from software to hardware, discusses the difficulty on firmware programmer in detail.The testing results prove the correctness on design and implement of virtual instrument scheme based on ARM, guarantee the credibility of variety indices on testing and satisfy the system requirements.
