As power system develop more and more quickly,,people pay more attention to the problem of electrical energy measurment.We should control the error of the electrical energy measurment to guarantee the accuracy and the reliability of the electrical energy measurment.The error of current transformer make an important impact ont the accuracy of the electrical energy measurment.To guarantee the reliability of power supply.,we should calibrate the current transformer on line In the case of non-power.The on line calibration system of High voltage current transformer. Include a standard loop ,a calibrated loop ,a receive part in the low voltage terminal and a data-processing platform on the personal computer.This article discuss the research method of secondary signal digitize technology of the on line calibration system of High voltage current transformer,and discuss the design miethod of the hardware and software of secondary signal digitize technology.It include the design of transduce signal processing technology ,the design of the taansducer signal acquisiting and communicating technology, the design of the taansducer signal receiving technology. The standard loop and the calibrated loop acquisite the current signal at the same time .,the they sned the signal to the receive part in the low voltage terminal by the fiber ,at last the receive part send the signal to the data-processing platform on the personal computer .The on line calibration system of High voltage current transformer has gone on experiment in the laboratory and on the spot . From the experiment result wo can see that in the laboratory the change of the ratio error is 0.02%,the change of the angle error is 2.4 fen . on the spot , the change of ratio error is 0.1% in the A phase and in the B phase . the change of the angle error is 1 fen . the change of ratio error is 0.2% in the C phase and the change of angle error is 10 fen . The error of the calibrated current transformer is 0.2 level. From the result ,we can see that the whole system achieve the on line calibration thchnology of High voltage current transformer.
