In modern society, People spent 80% of the time in indoors,and as the indoor thermal environment has much impact on human's health, mind and efficiency, so the research about indoor thermal comfort is an important task of architecture field. But by now, most of the research about thermal comfort is based on the steady condition, that is they don't consider the time, but actually the factors of thermal comfort is changing over the time, that is say the indoor environment is dynamic, so it is necessary to do research on dynamic thermal comfort, in order to understand the real condition of indoor thermal comfort and the result of this research can be as the theory guidance of dynamic air-conditioning regulation technology.The main research of this paper is focus on wind speed, an important factor influencing thermal comfort, investigating the influence of frequency and amplitude of wind speed on thermal comfort, the target of research is one type of flat in Tianjin and Airpak as the research tool. The simulation result of wind speed in low frequency(0.3hz, 0.4hz and 0.5hz) which in different amplitude shows that the indoor thermal comfort is truly dynamic, and when the frequency of wind speed is 0.3hz people feel better than other two frequency. In order to verify that whether the indoor thermal comfort is the same between steady condition and dynamic when the wind speed and temperature raising up in dynamic, this paper do some simulation in different temperature and speed, the result shows that this method is practicable and approve that dynamic air-conditioning regulation technology is efficient.At present, there is a few research about indoor thermal comfort which consider house layout, in this paper, through simulation of steady and dynamic condition of two types of indoor thermal comfort, finding out that house layout has impact on thermal comfort is objective existence, and the thermal comfort in dynamic condition is better than steady condition. At the same time, local space of two types is different in this two conditions, the result shows that air distribution is different because of different house layout, and this cause the difference of thermal comfort in indoors, and this result also indicate that the influence of house layout must be considered when do research about thermal comfort using test analysis or simulation analysis.
