As progress of the society and development of the city,the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of the ground and underground space are increasing,simultaneously many geotechnical problems will also emerge prominently.Large land subsidence value induced by urban metro tunneling engineering can lead to that road surface,buried pipelines and buildings and so on are damaged.Furthermore,bad economic loss and social effect can be brought about.This question is especially prominet when the buildings are dense.As a result,it is an urgent realistic problem that how to protect the safety of the surrounding buildings.In general,the protecting of buildings is not included in the design when starting a tunnel project,and it depends mainly on the control of ground surface settlement under construction.Now it can often be done to set a limited settlement for protecting buildings,for surface example,the maximum value of subsidence is 30mm,and the maximum value of heave is 10mm.If the limit was exceeded the adjusting of the order of excavation or the correction of initial plan could be done.It is experiential and backing in terms of theory.In the result of that geological conditions are variational in different areas,and also specific type of buildings and corresponding response to the tunnel excavation for the buildings are neglected . So it is uneconomical and inapplicable,then those strengthening measures are not very essential, sometimes it seem to be very conservative.In order to further reach the interaction between the tunnel construction and buildings,relative stuty in this dissertion is carried on combined with the practical engineering problem of Qingdao Jiao Zhou Bay Seeded Tunnel which goes across high-rise buildings in tunnel construction.So as that results acquired are reliable and reasonable, the methods of theoretical calculation,finite element and site monitoring,are also applied in the dissertion. Concretely,this paper has following search profits:(1)this paper analyze the deformation and displacement mechanism of the stratum caused by the tunneling construction,and obstains that damage degree of building foundation is relatede to mang facts,which include stratum condition,stratum defornation,the shape of foundation and structure,relative location between building and tunnel.(2)This paper analyze and applies theory of planar elastic displacemen in shallow-deph Mining,and estimate the additional settlement of the nearby buildings during constructing.(3)This paper have a further research based Peck theory in two aspects which includes environmental control and allowable deformation of material,and the control standard of land subsidence on buildings in the areas of Qingdao and its value used as measure objece is given out.It is more appliable,getting rid of blindness.(4)This paper analyze the dynamic response of the tunnel and nearby buildings with deformation of buildings foundation together by finite element simulation of tunnel construction.It is effective to solve the actual problem by making appropriate construction methods,reinforcement measures and site monitoring.Through the research in this dissertation,the results acquired by means of numerical simulation are basically consistent with the results by site monitoring,analysis theory.So the methods in this dersertion is reasonable,at the same time,it proves a prediction before construction.Thus the theoretical basis and guidance are provided to practical engineering, simultaneously,the researchs can have highly practical value and referential significance in the future architectural projects.
