Wind turbines play an important role in the field of wind power.Among different kinds of wind turbines,pitch-angle wind turbine are one of advanced wind turbines. And pitch angle system is one of important part of pitch-angle wind turbine. So there are many institutes involved in research of pitch-angle system.Now there are two kinds of pitch-angle system,the hydraulic pitch-angle system, and servo motor pitch-angle system. Although the hydraulic pitch-angle system is a developed system, we can't overlooked its inborn shortcomings such as its huge size and high energy consumption. Another kind of pitch-angle system, electrical pitch-angle system,is developing with the development of servo motor technology. But,the biger force and high power demand of wind turbine can't development of servo motor. technology meet. So, it's necessary to design one kind of system is super this two kinds of pitch-angle system,direct drive volume control individual pitch-angle system,Based on numerous researches and books about wind turbines and information from the wind turbine producters, I finished the design of ,direct drive volume control individual pitch-angle system suit to 1MW wind turbine and chanced key components of this system.Besides, the dynamic model of this direct drive volume control pitch-angle system has been made in order to analyse system with classic control theory and modern control theory.In addition, I also make researches about the inherent characteristics of direct drive volume control, the flow dead zone. In the paper,I explored and studied, the reason of the flow dead zone. To eliminate this the flow dead zone ,I designed the compound controller of input signal differential controller and adaptive PI controler with flow dead zone compensation and the position feedback and inner -loop flow feedback direct drive volume control system. Eventually, the two methods are used in direct drive volume control pitch-angle system, Though simulation ,I prove, that two methods are effectual to eliminate the flow dead zero of direct drive volume control pitch-angle system, and make this system run better.In this paper ,using 1MW wind turbine model,I prove direct drive volume control individual pitch-angle system is competent to the pitch-angle system.Finally, I make a direct drive volume control pitch-angel system and test software to make my experiments. The results. validate direct drive volume control pitch-angle system is a competent system.
