The famous managerialist Peter Druker ever said:marketing aim is to make the sale of redundant. The marketing aim lies in a profound knowledge to understand their customers, in order that the product or service can entirely meet their needs for the product'sell-promoting. The ideal marketing process creates the customers who have ready purchased and the rest of the matter is for the customers how to get the product or service conveniently.Tour areas'planning process is not only the process of tour production but also the product marketing process. The tour areas should accord with the rules and features of the general commodities. The elderly tour areas'planning makes more use of resources, based on market'guidance in planning and design. Even if there are some contents of relevant marketing planning, also focused on the "selling" of the sales. This paper has little common with other studies, the marketing has focused on "pursuing", and also the marketing concept, and processes, methodologies and theories are introduced into the tour areas'planning process.Firstly, This essay studies fully the marketing concepts, contents and procedures and related theories, and the tour areas planning is be intensively dissected. What's more, it gives a comparative analysis between marketing and tour areas'planning.
