| With the growing competition in the market, mass customization was born and become the main manufacturing production model, which combining with the advantages of customization production and mass production. Mass customization has solved the contradiction between customization and large-scale. At the same time, many scholars put forward the concept of product platform strategy, in order to make product development with minimal diversity of technology to accomplish more function. The product development is created product platform to develop the product family on a basis of the analysis of the demand for customer orders based on the product strategy, so as to achieve both lower cost and client's individual demand. Based on the analysis of the research present state and problem, the paper put forward the method of product platform planning based on order recombining, and the correlative principle, concept and main technologies are studies, mainly include the several aspects below:First, described the evolution of mass customization. The research content, method and architecture of this paper are proposed after the literature review on the current situation of the product platform; order design, its problem and so on.Second, after analyzing the characteristics of product quotation, the composition of product cost and the shortcomings of product quotation, this paper build a fast and effective product quotation model based on product performance parameters, and discuss the methods in detail, finally, an example to prove the feasibility of the model.Third, the meaning of platform strategy and the research situation of product platform development method is introduced, and by analyzing the tow methods of product platform planning based on modular and parametric product, the method of product platform planning based on order reengineering is put forward, and its planning process is described. And finally an example of product platform planning of crane is given to indicate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Four, the production characteristic and order processing features of enterprise organized by order is introduced, a formalization model of the problem is established and proposed the order reengineering algorithm based on the basic principle of algorithm of container packing, and its affectivity is demonstrated by one application.Five, introduces the basic theory of product platform planning, including product platform planning principles, platform type, platform methods and build process, and proposed product programming model, give the concept of product platform, finally, described the main technologies of the product platform planning.Six, Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, a B/S model-based architecture of the computer aided system of crane product platform is developed, and the main function modules are discussed.At last, the achievements of the dissertation are summarized. The future works are put forward. |
