As civil aircraft has to participate in the international market competition, its development model is different from the weapon industry. Along with the domestic market economy growing, its integration to the international economy has become the irresistible tide. To play a crucial role in the international market,our nation's aviation industry has to keep keep world-class levels in reliability, Maintainability, and economical efficiency. The aircraft maintenance cost is the syntheses reflection of airplane reliability, Maintainability, and economical efficient. As civil aircraft's development on contrivable maintainability and reliability, three between syntheses reflected that in designs Maintainability and the reliable area of technology progress along with the civil aircraft, in safeguards airplane's security and under the high use factor premise, may through reduce holds the airplane direct operation cost 10%~20% proportion maintenance cost achievement to enhance the airplane efficient important way. Influence airplane airplane potency's each kind of factor will have the influence to the maintenance cost, but affects airplane's designed cost affects the airplane operation cost control factor are not actually many, but the reliability is also of most primary factors[1], therefore this article has conducted the research based on the reliable airplane maintenance cost, mainly includes the content:(1) This chapter discussed the maintenance cost based on the reliable research, and optimized the related parameter which to the maintenance cost involved to carry on the detailed elaboration, for the civil aircraft maintenance cost's analysis, the optimized research has laid the foundation.(2) This chapter generalized analysis civil aircraft direct maintenance cost influencing factor, in view of data characteristic of the reliable influence parameter and the civil aircraft development stage, proposed direct maintenance cost analysis method based on the Improvement Particle Swarm Optimization (IPSO) - BP neural network, completed the direct maintenance cost quantize analysis. The civil aircraft direct maintenance cost anatomic model establishment can avoid falling into the local minimum, speed up the study speed.The example confirmed the method validity and scientific.(3) This chapter took the maintenance cost analysis as a foundation, had established civil aircraft maintenance cost model based on the reliability design parameter and the Maintainability design variable. It took the coordination optimization method carries on the reliability and the Maintainability design variable to optimize, to reduce the maintenance cost. As the maintenance cost model design variable's optimization, we can get the general mentality of the coordination optimization method for the complex civil aircraft maintenance cost design optimized. (4) In view of the entire analysis and optimal process has neglect the related restriction factor ,such as market competition, Industry technical level, therefore there need assement, whicn can fix the beyond reach specific objectives probability, as well as the beyond reach consequence which this goal causes. Adopting Bayes network risk assessment algorithm based on K2 the algorithm to finish the maintenance cost analysis optimization risk assessment by software Implementation.This paper researched the maintenance cost analysis optimizes in the design process, will have the big reference value for proposing"the big airplane's use cost regarding our country to reduce 10% compared to the similar airplane", and the relations between the reliability, maintainability, the economic also had good being clear.
