Abstract/Summary:
Associating with"11th Five-Year Plan"National Key Technology R&D Program and requirements from aviation enterprises, aiming at the problems of composites of anisotropic, poor in dimensional and uneven temperature field in the designing of composite tool in autoclave, the technique of designing the composite tool of aircraft components were deeply studied. The main fruits are as follows:The method for layup design based on thermal expansion coefficient matching in every aspect of composite was proposed. The method taking advantage of design flexibility of composites, the thermal expansion coefficient between the moulding board and composite components matched, at the same time, the computational method of the unidirectional laminates and braided laminates in every direction was given.The design technique based on accuracy for the shape of composite moulding board was presented. The result was concluded that the crisis point without inner stress and the shape of composite component decided by analyzing the cure process curve of fiber-reinforced composites. Hereby, the shape of component in crisis point temperature was calculated by the shape of room temperature component expansion, and then the room temperature shape of tool was calculated using the thermal expansion propriety of the tool, avoid the problems of directly copying the room temperature shape of the tool from the room temperature shape of component and repairing the shape according to the spring-in, improve the efficient of design and the quality of products.The method based on FLUENT for the thermal uniformity of composite moulding board was studied. The simple model of autoclave, gridding criterion, analysis flow and boundary condition setting fitting the characteristic of composites were concluded by the temperature field analysis, and contrasted with the experimental results, Iterate repeatedly. The temperature field of tool was accurately analyzed based on FLUENT software.In sum up above results, the design system of composite tool based on CATIA,ABAQUS,FLUENT software was developed, which has been triumphantly applied in one large aviation enterprise.
