| Compared with the developed countries in the world, Chinese power network construction has a late start and its development level is low and the construction is relatively backward. Urban distribution network, particularly the old urban distribution network, to some extent, has been lagging behind the city's economic development, and has become the bottleneck of restricting city development. Carrying out a rational distribution network planning and optimization, can not only ensure safe and reliable operation of the power system, still can live the huge economic benefits. Therefore, in recent years the optimization of distribution network has received extensive attention both at home and abroad, and has become a research hotspot in power systems and academia.Based on the Daqing oil-field grid, this paper has completed the frame optimization of the power system of 110kV and 35kV. Through studying the existing algorithms of the frame optimization, and according to the actual situation of daqing oilfield power grid, we choose the algorithm of the frame optimization based on the improved minimum spanning tree. To improve the deficiencies of original algorithm, a new algorithm of minimum spanning tree is put forward, and the calculation efficiency is improved. We put the user power loss and line construction costs and operating costs for target function, and built the modle through lines are not over load as constraint conditions. Finally we get a network programming result that the efficiency and the reliability of the network are relatively optimal.The network programming scheme through this method, not only can effectively reduce the construction investment and maintenance costs, but can greatly improve the quality of power supply and reliability. Thus it can largely save manpower and material resources, and bring considerable economic benefit for country and electric power company. |
