With the development of science and technology, electric drive has been increasingly applied in industry, agriculture and daily life. Relatively high criteria for reliability, accuracy and energy conservation of the transmission system are also required. Recent years, however, have produced a revolution in electrical transmission field, as a result of the frequency converter'usage. AC motor has strong adaptability to the environment and it is easier to maintain than DC motor, So DC speed-adjusting system is gradually replaced by the AC speed-adjusting system in many fields. Now, the application of inverter in all walks of life has become one of the principal means of transforming traditional industry / agriculture, decreasing the consumption, increasing the automation level and promoting technological progress. Therefore, the research on inverter and other related studies have broad market prospects and practical significance.One of the key aspects of inverter control system is how to identify the motor speed. This paper analyzes the basic principles of vector control and PWM technology, then adopts the speed sensorless vector control mode. The motor speed is identified by using the MRAS method. Using the voltage equation and current equation of the motor rotor flux to calculated the rotor flux chain respectively. The voltage model does not contain "ω", but the current model contains "ω",therefore, the output of voltage model can be used as the expected value of flux, the current model as the estimated value of rotor flux. By choosing appropriate adaptive law design algorithm based on model reference adaptive control system of the drive. The inverter control system based on model reference adaptive algorithm is designed by choosing proper adaptive law .A simulation model of the inverter control system which is based on the theoretical derivation is built in this paper, we can observe the motor speed identification effect in the state of with load or without. The simulation tests and verifies that the parameter identification accuracy and system control accuracy are improved.In this paper, the designing idea which is put forward in software and hardware of the inverter control system is the fundamental of further study...
