Design And Study Of Building Intelligent System Integration Design For A Retired Cadres In Lanzhou Military Region In Xi'an

The thesis proposes a reliable theory design that based on the operation requirement from construction unit that existing Building Intelligent System Integration (BISI) in a barrack of retired cadres. The research results can be directions about similar projects.The thesis contraposes the gaps of the building design. The gaps are as follows, the lack of firefighting system design in the building caused by the building civil engineering design flaws; not compatible protocol among a variety of smart products; integrate, linked and reliable operation of multiple intelligent subsystem. The innovative idea that multiple, seamless, dual-core BISI is proposed. Automatic fire alarm fire protection system within the whole area achieves the seamless integration of network operation; other construction intelligent systems are multiple, seamless integration.Study on the practical issues that intelligent system integration exists. With mature experience, based on the TECH-M32-8 video matrix switcher and TECH-K80 keyboard manipulation dual-core technology that Tongfang provided. The problem that opening up of communication protocols among different intelligent system products was solved. The automatic fire fighter system combination control software of this project was developed. A reliable, economic and advanced hardware platform of IBSI was provided. Sophisticated mathematical model was summarized after monitoring the implementation of the project.The work targets that this study completed are as follows. The Realization of the Linkage integration of automatic fire control system,which meets the comprehensive technical requirements of "safety, compatibility, efficiency, energy-saving, confidential, convenience, advanced", multicomponented, and can be used under complex environment. The Realization of the Linkage integration of multiple intelligentized architectural subsystems, which includes visual intercom of the building, video monitoring, boundary security, security guards patrolling,background music, intelligent access and so on.The project in this study has successfully passed the related project quality inspection organized by related department of Lanzhou Military Region. And it has provided design research and management of investment theory and successful cases to plan and design similar project in our country next under the requirement of informatization.
