The crack resistance property about cement stabilization crushed-stones and the reuse of reclaimed asphalt pavement are generally concerned by road researchers and technicians. Considering these two problems, the method of mixing particles of reclaimed asphalt pavement with cement stabilization crushed-stones is proposed. On the one hand, the problem that is reuse of reclaimed asphalt pavement is solved. On the other hand, a new way that is trying to improve crack resistance property about cement stabilization crushed-stones is seeked out.Through analyzing the characteristics of reclaimed asphalt pavement, mixture screening equipment is designed. The performance of equipment is tested and analysed. With the dosage of reclaimed asphalt pavement particles as the major influence factor, mechanical property, scour resistance, frost resistance and high-temperature resistence of cement stabilization crushed-stones are analyzed by experiment. The shrinkage property of cement stabilization crushed-stones mixed with particles of reclaimed asphalt pavement is studied base on the analysis of shrinkage mechanism of cement stabilization crushed-stones. The crak resistance properties of cement stabilization crushed-stones with different dosage of reclaimed asphalt pavement particles are contrast analyzed. The crack resistance mechanism of cement stabilization crushed-stones mixed with particles of claimed asphalt pavement is revealed by theoretical analysis and SEM. The trial road is paved and tracking observated in order to validate indoor test results. The mechanics analysis of trial road is done by pavement mechanics calculation programe. At last, the benefits from paving trial road are analyzed.The results of the study show that adding 15% of particles of reclaimed asphalt pavement into cement stabilization crushed-stones can improve its cracking resistance property and road-use performance, which has great reference significance to engineering practice.
