In this thesis, HHMC 9000kN bridge machine was the research object. The author has completed the structural design and calculation for the rear leg, the middle leg and the front leg of the under bridge. With the famous FEM software ANSYS, the finite element model of the whole structure was established according to its character and work conditions, and then the structure stress, deformation and stability were calculated by the static analysis method and they had a certain margin. As example for the front leg and the middle leg, the parameters finite element optimization models were established. The optimization analysis was completed and the more reasonable size of the geometric cross section of the leg had been got. Finally, the finite element models of the legs have been established after optimization analysis, and the structure stress, deformation and stability were conformed by the static analysis method.Because this type of machine in china is still a blank, almost all types of domestic equipments are difficult to adapt the working environment. The research and development for this type of device has played a certain role in promoting domestic equipment development.
