At present, with the development of society, the energy and environmental crisis is more and more obvious. Vehicles as the main traffic tools, their status is irreplaceable. Along with the increase of auto possession, automobile exhaust emissions also become governments comparison of worry. In order to cope with the high energy consumption and high emissions, all over the world with new energy vehicle development to reduce automobile exhaust emissions, such as HEV, EV and hydrogen energy vehicle and solar powered auto etc. The bus as public transport, its emissions in overall emissions occupies a large proportion, the development of electric bus to reduce the urban car emissions, relieve urban economy and environmental protection, the contradiction between has important significance. This article is trying to make a electric bus dynamical system, which based on the JAC chassis (HFC6601KYD3) trial. According to the operation of urban public transport needs, has developed the power of electric bus goals:maximum speed 50km/h, maximum gradability 8%, accelerate time 35s, driving range of more than 80km, and then matching the motor parameters according to dynamic property goals; The structure of the dynamic system, this topic is formally replacing engine, retaining the clutch, gear box and other machinery transmission system of the former; matching for batteries and arrangement; use of ADVISOR 2002 to electric bus modeling and simulation.According to the national electric vehicle performance testing standards (GB/T 18385-2005), combined with buses running condition, formulate testing program. Test content including 30 minutes maximum speed test, the maximum speed test, and accelerating performance test and forwarding the travel distance test. The results of the experiments:top speed of 51.3 km/h, test the maximum gradability 12%, acceleration time 30.5 s, in speed for (50+5) km/h test conditions, the renewal for travel distance 81.6km. Test results accord with the requirements of electric bus.
