Manas River surrounding the city is important to cotton production in TianShan Mountains and important economic zone. with the Manas River rapid development of economic construction, urban electricity petrochemical and other industries, resulting in industrial water, agricultural water surge, making the Manas River enviorment and economic development of the conflict more obvious each day. currently the Manas River problem is increasing year by year the amount of urban sewage, so that the water quality deterioration, severe eutrophication, loss of the original culture water features. with the development of urban and rural economic development, groundwater extraction increased year by year resulting in the Manas River shortage of resources,restricted economic development and people's living standards.therefore the water enviorment earring capacity and coordinate economic development as the primary problem. based on this, the study Manas River water enviorment development of regional economic significance.This systematic study of the water environment carrying capacity and impact evaluation index system of evaluation index system of water environment carrying capacity factors, through site survey and experimental work made on the basis of this data.
