If using linear stepping motor as transmission tools, the system structure can be simplified, the reliability and performance to price will be greatly improved, and at the same time also can weaken the noise, and cause the work environment improved.Linear stepper motor and stepper motor generally have similar mechanical properties. In practical applications, people want linear stepper motor to complete tasks accurately in the shortest time. It generally has the phenomena of missing steps and overshoot in common speed control, affecting the control precision. Therefore, linear stepper motor has a high efficiency and runs stably if it runs in exponential acceleration and deceleration based on theoretical analysis. And in the use of the advantages in motor control of TMS320LF2407DSP, the linear stepper motor's running performance will be more perfect. This paper introduces the principle of Linear Stepper Motor Constant Torque Mini-step Drives. TMS320LF2407 DSP is designed for Linear Stepping Motor Constant Torque PWM Mini-step Drives as a controller. Linear stepper motor drive circuit was designed, and achieved PWM Mini-step through software. TMS320LF2407 DSP as a controller in this system, it can improve the precision and stability of the movement of linear stepper motor, with the simple driving circuit.Linear stepper Motor based on theoretical analysis and the hardware circuit structures, TI's dedicated motor control chip TMS320LF2407 core DSP was selected and developed. Two-phase hybrid linear stepping motor control system was developed. This paper discribes the architecture of whole system and realization of driver software in detail. |
