The essence is that humic acids are modified to as a warming, soil moisture and seedling protection of plastic film at first, after the degradation are humic acid organic fertilizer, to achieve a dual purpose thing. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis the influence of inorganic acid treatment on humic acid of brown coal about the characteristics, and were separately investigated nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid processing in reaction time, acid concentration, coal and humic acid ratio on the content, exchange capacity and E4/E6. When nitric acid for 30 minutes, the concentration of 30%, the ratio of coal and acid is 0.8, the content of humic acid reach the maximum, and the reaction effect is most obviously.(2) In this work, liquid humic acid degradable plastic film was synthesized by the method of oil bath. The effects of various conditions, such as drying temperature, different plasticizers, glycerol concentration, different enhancer were investigated, on softness, thickness, tensile strength, light transmission rate. Considering the drying temperature was 80~90℃, the optimum plasticizer is glycerin, glycerol concentration of 2.0% is appropriate.(3) Experiments of the degradation of film show that: when plastic film buried in the soil after 6 weeks, weight loss was 67.84%, intensity was almost zero at this time, after 7 weeks soil particles bonded together with plastic film, which was broken into small pieces to disperse in soil when touching it, and residual film disappeared after 10 weeks. So this film has good biodegradability.(4) Through the introduction of HMMM-polyol-humic acid hybrid polymer system, fasculation and copolymerization can occur at a lower temperature, and the complementary effect of Complementary effect of heat can greatly reduce the energy required for polymerization reaction system, so it is of great significance. |
