The PMSM servo system with high performance has become the future tendency of the development of servo control system.With the running of PMSM servo system, the inertia and PMSM's parameters will change with the operating conditions,and will have a great influence on the performance of the system, so the online identification of PMSM parameters and inertia will become an inevitable trend of high-precision control and an important aspect.On the other hand, the traditional PI regulator can not change with the operating conditions,which leads the losing of the ability of self-tuning,as a result, the stability and immunity of systemis is declining. So the adaptive PI regulator is a trend of servo control system.The paper researches and analyses online identification of motor parameters, inertia of moment and adaptive PI regulator based on vector control system.Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of theory and method on the platform of Matlab/Simulink.Vector control system is designed to take TMS320F2812DSP as a controller core, online identification of parameters and self-tuning of adaptive PI regulator are completed.This paper can be divided into four parts:1) illustrates the popular parameter identification methods of the PMSM in the contemporary world.It also makes a brief analysis of each method.Then the mathematic models of PMSM and the methods of FOC are introduced,what's more,the thesis states the relationship between motor parameters and the design of current,speed PI regulator, explaining importance of PMSM parameter identification.2) The MRAS is adopted here to identify the PMSM's Parameters online,and the ideal mathematical model of PMSM based on dq coordinate is established as a reference model.After The adjustable model with parameters constructed, the error equation of the MRAS is derived.Adaptive law of PMSM's parameters and inertia of moment is designed based on Popov stability theory, so PMSM's parameters and inertia of moment identification algorithm is derived. Elementary emulator and the results of the tests have proved the feasibility and stability of the parameter identification which is introduced.3) there is a further study of how to deal with the variation of the parameters in PMSM.To meet of this kind of needs, an adaptive fuzzy PI control method is developed to achieve better control effect and realize self-tuning of PI regulator gain. Compared with traditional PI control system, simulation results prove that Fuzzy-PI has the ability of robustness and fast responsiveness. Another method to design an adaptive PI regulator of parameter self-commission is based on identification of PMSM's Parameters, can track the changes of the controlled object, and has a good adaptive self-tuning capability to track the system more quickly.4) introduces the design of hardware and program.It provides a good software and hardware test platform for PMSM to implement the vector control of PMSM and parameter identification.
