| The production level of tires mold has become the main influencing factor of manufacturing level for the industries of national tire manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, transportation and so on. The task processing time has strong uncertainty, which is caused by the non-repetitive characteristics of the tire mold production process. It is the direct bottleneck for mould enterprise to make up an orderly, coordinating, controllable and efficient executive workshop scheduling. The traditional production scheduling assumes that the task has specific and fixed processing time, that make the scheduling solution's guiding deviate greatly in the execution and lead to the production planning and scheduling failure. The production tasks will be unable to complete on time, the slippage phenomenon becomes more and more serious and enterprise's reputation, economic benefits will be affected, which result in most domestic tire mould enterprise lack of international market competitiveness. Steel patterns ring is the main component of tire mould. The chaos of processing workshop scheduling, which is caused by the uncertain processing time of the key process for steel patterns ring processing, is a serious problem to restrict the development of tire mould manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, this paper studies the scheduling problem for steel patterns ring processing with uncertain processing time.This paper engaged in the research of the solution of the actual problem including the failure workshop scheduling plan and delayed delivery time, which is caused by the uncertain processing time of the key process for steel patterns ring processing. Firstly, the uncertain processing time of tire mould products is analyzed. The mathematical model of uncertain processing time was developed by the quantitative analysis on the actual tire mould enterprise's historical processing time for the key process of steel patterns ring processing. Secondly, the problem of flexible flow shop scheduling is introduced and the process of steel patterns ring is deep analyzed. The flexible flow shop scheduling optimization model of steel patterns ring processing with uncertain processing time is developed. In order to resolve the flexible flow shop scheduling model for steel patterns ring processing with uncertain processing time, two different algorithms are designed based on genetic algorithm and genetic and simulated annealing hybrid algorithm, By analyzing and solving the example, the superiority of genetic and simulated annealing hybrid algorithm for the flexible flow shop scheduling model of steel patterns ring processing with uncertain processing time is validated. Lastly, the simulation experiment platform of the flexible flow shop scheduling system for steel patterns ring preprocessing with uncertain processing time, which accord with enterprise actual production, is developed. The target, the thoughts, the function structure, the database design and the software design of system are detailed introduced.This paper's study results can weaken the influence of the flexible flow shop scheduling for steel patterns ring processing of tire mould, which is caused by the uncertain processing time, and alleviate the problems as the tire mould manufacturing cycle too long, delivery delay and so on. |
