The DC/AC inverter is widely used in wind power generation and other occasions in recent years. In order to improve the electrical energy quality and make inverter have high-quality output waveform, it has much practical significance to research and design the technology of sine inverter.For the ARM digital control system of the inverter, the entire hardware platform was designed based on the theories and experimental demands of inverter. The DC input voltage of this single phase sine inverter was 24V, the output voltage was AC220V, and the rated power was 600VA. Through analyzing and contrasting several kind of commonly used inverter's circuit topology, principle of work and method of realization, the full-bridge inverter circuit was chosen in the paper. Moreover, the design of main parameters and selection of relevant components of the inverter main circuit, the driving circuit, the output filter circuit and the sampling control circuit were described in detail in the paper. Because the transformer is a current component, if the current wave before the transformer is sine, the output wave of the transformer will be sinusoidal as the same. Therefore the dual loop control was selected in the paper; one loop's feedback was the instantaneous value of load voltage, another loop's feedback was the instantaneous value of the inverter bridge output current. The output peak voltage was adjusted by the voltage loop, and the sinusoidal output wave was ensured by the current loop. This control method was realized simply, and its stable state performance was good, the dynamic response was fast. In the paper, the software flow charts to implement the above control method were elaborated, and the program was realized on the S3C2440 chip to control the inverter.Finally, the program was debugged on the single-phase sine inverter, and the experimental results verified the correctness and validity of the control algorithm.
