With the rapid development of our society and economy, the pace of urbanization is faster and faster; building's energy consumption, especially the large public buildings'energy consumption remains high. China, whose urbanization scale is very large, facing of the global energy crisis and worsening environmental pollution, must develop green building, energy-saving building. The intelligent building system, emerged in recent years and showing a robust development trend, can effectively reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency, is the road buildings must follow.This paper takes Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications youth research and innovation specific plan——low-carbon building intelligent monitoring applications as the research background, develops the intelligent building system based on the sensor and actor network. This system, collects building's temperature, humidity, light and other parameters by terminal sensor node, reports collected data to a central database through the sensor network. Central-control subsystem, according to predetermined threshold and time parameters, analyzes and processes collected data, and makes decision to intelligently control electrical through actor (control) terminal.This paper focuses on the central-control subsystem, which is the core of intelligent building system, and analyzes and describes its design and implementation in detail. Firstly, generally summarized intelligent building system based on sensor and actor network; Secondly, introduced general architecture of central-control subsystem, and according to functional requirements, divided this subsystem into several functional modules and gave a brief overview to each module; Then, carried out the detailed analysis and design on the typical modules in central-control subsystem,;Finally, gave test cases on a typical modules in central-control subsystem, and tested the intelligent building system's whole performance which is network load capacity and packet loss rate, functional test and performance test are all achieve the expected results.The central-control subsystem designed in this paper, can achieve automatic and flexible control of the intelligent building, promote the construction and development of intelligent building, and meanwhile the design of this central-control subsystem also has some significance for automation control field. |
