| It is a complicated and difficult task to search and rescue persons in distress at sea, and it needs to deal with all kinds of complicated maritime weather and sea pieces. Therefore, training assistance captain and crew that they can operate in severe cases wind waves of personnel salvage becomes an important subject. But the cost of solid exercise training is too expensive that the solid exercise training cannot get enough economic security. In order to guarantee the crew's needful training, people began to study with the ship motion simulator for training crew. The purpose of this project is to reappear the rescue ship's movement on the ship motion simulator based on the Stewart platform, so that the crew on the simulator can have the feel like training on the real ship.The first chapter in this paper introduces the ship motion simulator briefly and surveys the development trends and studies on the current situations of the ship motion simulator both at home and abroad. It also introduces three kinds of prevailing washout algorithms at present and their characteristics. The second chapter choose classical washout algorithm for the design ideas of the salvage ship's motion simulation, and do some changes in the classical washout algorithm combined with issues. The design of a classical washout filter is described and developed, and the influence factors of washout filter are studied, and the lowest order of the filter is calculated. The third chapter introduces the measure procedure of the rescue's actual motion parameters, and then extracts the required parameters. Then this chapter writes the data processing program which can change the measured parameters into the position and angle of the Stewart platform in matlab based on the changed washout algorithms. In the fourth chapter, it introduces the hardware and software of the Stewart platform test system. In order to contrast the reappear accuracy between the two washout algorithms, we did 4 groups of testing in the different salvage ship's motion mode, and compared the reappearance combined with own feeling. |
