With the development of UHV transmission lines, large capacity UHV AC/DC interconnected power grid will be formed in China. Because of the shortage of transmission line corridor resources, in many cases, it's becoming unavoidable to construct the UHV AC/DC lines and UHV/EHV lines in parallel or sharing one corridor, especially in East China area which has been well developed. According to the problem of destructing two or more UHV AC/DC lines in parallel, this paper analyses the electric field effect, the minimum distance of parallel lines, corridor width determined by mixed electric field and the impact on house removal range. Adopts new wire layouts in order to reduce transmission lines corridor width, establishes the typical ways of placing UHV AC/DC lines in parallel.
