| In now days, common transportations for life and production (such as elevators), play important roles in transporting plenty of people and cargo. However, most transportations are not so effective, besides, under some particular circumstances, such as when electricity is cut off or fire is caught; people are panic; escaping system do not clearly exist; it could be more disordered, makes the escaping effect decrease, and even cause many casualties and property losses. So common transportations can not do the transporting job effectively. The New High-rise-building Circular Passage, which drives several cars to move circularly in a vertical plane by chain transmission, can attain the effort dispersing people quickly and effectively.In the paper, I do research on the New High-rise-building Circular Passage, refer to some references in and abroad related to high-rise building escaping device, and establish a running plan of the circular passage. The New High-rise-building Circular Passage can be the reserved elevator for certain high-rise-buildings, applied in shopping malls, cinemas and other public places where people crowd. This passage system is composed of two parts——mechanism and hydraulic braking system. How to ensure the cars keeping moving smoothly, and how to make the hydraulic braking system brake satisfyingly in a certain time expected, all of which should be solved in the paper.(1) Do analysis and study on the running state of the circular passage, and work on a probe into the running principle of the mechanical and hydraulic system of the whole passage detailedly.(2) By doing theoretical analysis, make a reasonable design of the mechanical dragging and direction-guiding system of the circular passage, and check of important components; by doing comparison and analysis of several kinds of pressure-keeping and velocity-regulating circuit, make a design of velocity-controlling circuit suited to the circular passage, and do a all-round,systematic analysis on the basic structure of the circular passage, finding out the main parameter of the hydraulic system of the circular passage. (3) Study and then master AMESim and its serial software, which is one kind of model setting and emulating software for hydraulic and mechanical system. Comprehend its function and characteristic.(4) Accomplish the model setting and emulation of the New High-rise-building Circular Passage system based on AMESim, and emulating analysis of hydraulic braking characteristic of the circular passage system, so as to find out the optimum running parameter of the circular passage system and analyze the extent of the affection on the hydraulic components.The achievements of this paper provide the design of New High-rise-building Circular Passage with consultation, and prove AMESim feasible to do emulation for hydraulic system, having extensive applications in the field of hydraulic design and study, and having fine economic benefits. |
