Composite materials as a new material, the application of aircraft structure from the 1970s since the start but 40 years or so, are in the history of the continuous development of stage. This subject mainly aimed at the defects of traditional wing weight to light aircraft wing as the research object, choose carbon fiber reinforced materials, as in the original layer theory developed on the base of new composite wing lay out manufacturing equipment - wing, and lay out machine motion simulation and important components for the finite element analysis, provide necessary basis for industrial application.This paper introduces the design of gantry lay out machine to lay out the wing. Gantry lay out machine is mainly including longmen base, sports transmission mechanism, lay out head, wing mandrel fixture four parts, including lay out the rotating head mandrel clamping institutions, the rotation of the head, lay out lateral and longitudinal mobile four sports degrees of freedom. One head is the whole design lay out the most important institution in part, mainly including feed unit, force measurement device, ultrasonic cutting device, heating box, lay out roller, rewinder device and orientation auxiliary devices. Wing mandrel clamping institutions including the helicopter and the tailstock mandrel, mainly realizes the rotation axis along itself. Gantry lay out machine compact structure, design, lay out the more rational Angle adjustment easier to realize, more small space occupied. The design process for the platform with Pro/E, to the establishment of a complete equipment lay out the 3d model. At the same time, using Pro/E Mechanism module of Pro/E to simulate wing lay out motion process of the gantry lay out machine, make the whole movement process more intuitive, have very great help for direct production process.This paper using the powerful function of the ANSYS finite element analysis software, choosing gantry lay out machine to support the whole lay out the car lateral movement transverse slip board to carry out finite element analysis,and the actual compared to the theoretical calculation result proves the feasibility and reliability design.
