| Compared with other construction method rotation construction method of arch bridge has advantage such as:reasonable structure, clear load-carrying capability, simple construction equipment, simple and convenient technology, less construction materials, safe construction, low cost and so on. So rotation construction method was used widely in arch bridge construction. The nuclear of level rotation construction method is adjusting centre of gravity structure to the common perpendicular of grind centre and grind cap (rotating shaft), besides, frictional resistance of structure need to be reduced by lighten the weight of structure. The weight of rotation structure has effect on both frictional resistance of rotation structure and strength of grind centre and grind cap. Rotation structure was optimized and to be adopted in Huanglindong bridge in this paper. The structural optimization was based on guaranteeing safety of structure, which is reliability structural optimization method.With the rapid development of the computer technology, a lot of progress were made in structure optimization calculation method. Reliability structural optimization of stiffness frame arch rib was achieved by the finite elements software ANSYS.The research contents of this paper is showed as follows:1 Discusses the reliability of the bridge construction phase. Make analysis of the bridge during construction phase and the effect of load resistance factors influencing structural components, and puts forward the formula of structure reliability.2 The basic principles of the optimum reliability analysis of structure when the ANSYS applied is discussed,, and the optimization variables selection is discussed in the process of optimizing analysis.3 The box arch ring finite element model of the space APDL parameters was established in changyang county huangling hole bridge by using ANSYS.4 Take research on the parameters of the skeletal structure in construction stage, the effect of reaction parameters and the structure of the probability model.5 In this paper, based on the reliability of structure of ANSYS optimization model, the optimization result is reached. Based on reliability and optimal results,the uncertainty of the optimization results have been analysed and the optimization results is been compared based on reliability. This guarantee the safety, applicability and efficiency of structures. |
