| As the fossil energy is running down, there are also many shortage of the traditional "Green Energy". Hydropower station has too huge influence on ecological environment, Nuclear power has the risk of nuclear leak, wind energy is limited limitations in coastal and the mountainous area, because of the less pollution and extensive distribution, solar technology is a hot field of research and development now worldwide.The Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV) system used the condensing agent to gather the solar light, and improved the cells' output power at the unit area. On the other word, the CPV system has decreased the amount of the cells-the most expensive parts of the traditional photovoltaic system. And because of the sun-tracker, the CPV system has a steady output during the daytime.But because a CPV (Concentrated Photovoltaic) module consist of a sun-tracker, a concentrator and a PV cell, then the influencing factor of its photoelectric conversion efficiency is complexity. So it needs more research on an optimized design for a CPV system.In this thesis, we developed a CPV cell test system, which content an auto sun-tracker and a cell's I-V curve measure system. By comparing the effect of two different methods for sun-tracker, the software of the Two-Axis sun-tracker system has been optimized, and the test bench has been keeping applicability for the CPV systems. A cells test program has been designed using Lab VIEW. In a typical test, the photovoltaic cells'I-V characteristics had been scanned by the Keithly 2602A sourcemeter during the natural conditions, the I-V curve had been immediately generated in the front panel of the program. The key parameters had been obtained and restored, e.g. Isc, Voc, Pmax. The test data got from experiments show that the test program is high-efficiency and expansibility. |
